An iPhone tracker for porn and fap, each with its own streak. For semen retention, No Nut November, or just more control.

No ads. No notifications. A PIN on the door.

Streak apps are broken. You’re not. Paper slips crossed out: Quit forever, Your AI coach, Daily lessons, Stay strong alerts. Then, on its own: Every win, kept.
Two streaks, not one. Take control of each. The Record: one mountain range per streak.
Bad days don’t erase good ones. The Now tab, with 20 of 24 clean days circled.
Less easy dopamine. More hard wins. The Habits tab: nine habits, each with its streak.
Challenges. Slip days included. The Challenge tab, with 2 of 3 slip days left circled.
Start with 3 days. Earn your way to 100. A finished 30-day challenge above a 100-day challenge on day 55.
Urge? Play this instead. The flame button and four of the scenes it opens.
Widgets that say nothing. Except to you. A home screen with the habits widgets and the ladder, and the PIN pad.
Try it before you trust it. The founder’s honest answer to do I even need this, old streaks brought over, and the whole app with made-up data behind a Have a look around first button.

Real talk

start here: what you’re thinking, but won’t ask

Don’t waste my time. There are 100 apps like this. Why this one?

Most of them run on guilt: fap once and your streak counter drops to zero.

Here a fap ends your streak too, but it stays on your record, next to every streak you ever had.

What does “Rising Drop” even mean? Is there a story behind it?

Yes, and it’s 500 years old. A yoga book, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, says: “Death comes from the falling of bindu, life from holding it.” Bindu means “the drop”: semen.

Hatha yoga even has practices to make the drop rise instead of fall. That’s the name: Rising Drop.

I took the name, not the whole philosophy. Holding back when you’d rather not: that’s control, and that’s what this app tracks.

Straight up: is fapping bad? Is porn?

Fapping isn’t bad. Porn isn’t evil. The problem is when it runs you: more than you want, when you didn’t plan to.

This app is about taking control back. Not about guilt.

Online gurus treat fapping like poison. Lost energy, lost gains, lost everything. True?

Not for your body. One fap takes a tiny bit of zinc, magnesium and protein. A handful of nuts puts it all back.

The real cost is in your head: the hours, and the habit making the call instead of you.

Okay. So what does porn do to your brain?

Dopamine is your “want more” signal. Porn is new with every click, so it’s a huge hit of want for zero effort.

The other side is willpower, and it’s tied to one brain area: the anterior mid-cingulate cortex. The idea, still early science: doing hard things you don’t feel like doing makes it stronger.

Be honest, even if it hurts your sales: do I even need this?

No, not if you’re already in control: urges are rare and you never go further than you want. Or if you just hate tracking things.

For everyone else: no app quits for you. But tracking shows what really happens, not what you remember. People who track change more.

Inside

the four tabs, and what each one does

So what is this, exactly?

A tracker for porn and fap, each with its own streak. Built to use for years, not for a 30-day sprint.

No notifications. No coach. No lectures. On purpose.

How do I get the most out of this?

Make every fap your choice, not the urge’s. That’s the whole game.

Pick habits that are hard for you. Each one is a rep for the moment an urge hits.

Already in control? Then it’s your scoreboard: every win, kept.

Now Today, this week, this month, and the panic button.

What do I have to do every day?

Nothing, if you didn’t fap or watch porn. The day counts as clean on its own.

If you did, mark it on the calendar. Ten seconds.

How do I see my week?

As a ladder: one step for every day without a fap.

A fap costs that one step, never the whole week. Every week starts fresh.

What if the urge hits right now?

Press the flame. It gives you 23 things to do instead, like breathing, games or reading, until it passes.

Pressing it never counts against you.

Habits Sleep, workouts, sober days and more. One tick a day.

What are habits doing here? An excuse to charge me more?

Fair question. Doing things you don’t feel like doing trains the same willpower you need when an urge hits.

And a bad night’s sleep makes every urge harder. Same calendar, so you see it: two bad nights, then a fap.

Challenge Pick a number of days, then try to finish.

Can I set myself a challenge?

Yes: no porn, no fap, or a number of habits a day, for as many days as you pick.

Start with 3 days. Finish it and longer ones open, up to 100.

One bad day and it’s over?

No. At the start you pick slip days: days you’re allowed to mess up.

Pick 3 and the 4th one ends it. You know the rule before you begin.

Record Every streak and every number, kept.

Does it keep my old streaks?

Every one, for good. Porn and fap each have their own.

Plus your numbers: longest streak, current streak, and how many of your days were clean.

Before you start

the small print, said plainly

Can anyone see this?

No. It asks for your PIN or Face ID every time it opens. The only personal thing stored is your email, and Hide My Email works. No ads. Nothing sold.

Widgets are the one exception: they have no PIN. So they never say porn or fap, or show a streak for either: just a ladder and your habits. Add them only if you’re comfortable with that.

What does it cost? Another rip-off?

$2.99 a month, $12.99 a year, or $24.99 once and it’s yours for good. The yearly and one-time prices are 35% off right now. They’re usually $19.99 and $39.00. First week free on the monthly and yearly plans.

No ads and nothing sold, so you’re the only one paying for it.

Prices here are in US dollars. The App Store shows yours in your own currency.

Can I try it first?

Yes. “Have a look around first” opens the whole app with made-up data. No sign-up.

Who made this?

One guy. I looked for a tracker that didn’t make things worse. Couldn’t find one, so I built it.

Anything at all: contact@therisingdrop.com. It comes to my phone, not a help desk.

Try it before you trust it.

Tap “Have a look around first” and use the whole app with made-up data. No sign-up.
